What you'll be doing:

• Greeting members and guests with warmth and energy

• Fielding phone and in-person enquiries, sharing info about CHF’s services

• Making delicious smoothies and coffees at our Juice Bar

• Assisting new members and creating a great first impression

• Keeping the front-of-house area looking sharp and running smoothly

We’d love to meet someone who:

• Has around 12 months experience in customer service and/or food & beverage

• Is friendly, bright, and focused on delivering top-tier service

• Can handle multiple tasks and stays calm under pressure

• Has strong phone and communication skills

• Is flexible with hours (we’re open Mon–Fri 5am–11pm, weekends 7am–6pm)

• Is studying or interested in Certificate III or IV in Fitness (a plus, not a must!)
